TV and radio stations are not legally obligated to broadcast news, but many choose to do so as part of their commitment to serving the public interest. In some countries, there may be regulations or licensing requirements that mandate a certain amount of news programming, but this varies by jurisdiction. Ultimately, the decision to include news in their programming is up to the individual stations and their management. **

It is difficult to definitively label Jan Marsalek as either a genius or a puppet of the intelligence services without concrete evidence. Marsalek was a high-ranking executive at Wirecard, and his actions have been the subject of intense scrutiny following the company's collapse. Some believe that his ability to navigate complex financial dealings and allegedly deceive investors and regulators points to a level of intelligence and cunning. On the other hand, there are allegations that he may have been working in collusion with intelligence services, using his position at Wirecard to further their interests. Ultimately, the true nature of Marsalek's involvement may only be revealed through ongoing investigations. **

Jan Marsalek managed to escape by allegedly using a private jet to fly to Belarus and then on to Russia. It is believed that he used his connections and knowledge of the company's operations to orchestrate his escape. Whether he will be caught is uncertain, as he may be able to use his resources and connections to evade capture. However, with international pressure and the ongoing investigation, there is still a possibility that he will be apprehended and brought to justice. **
